The apartment is situated on one of the busiest pedestrian streets in the old town of Tarifa, called Calle de la Luz. In order to enter the apartment you´ll walk through a patio that is shared with 3 more flats in this building. You´ll have the best cafes, tapas bars and shops within very short walking distance. The beach can be reached easily in less than 5 minutes walk. The ferry terminal is 5 minutes´away.

All the rooms in this apartment have sea view. In the terrace there is an extra exterior shower. This apartment is a loft that has two halls. One of them with modern totally equipped kitchen and dining area. The other hall is perfect for working since it has two working spaces and a sofa. There is wooden floor and Venetian blinds. There are two bedrooms, both of them with double bed and sea view. One of the bedrooms comes with A/C and has a direct access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a communal terrace in the builing where if needed you can hang up the clothes, but since there is a dryer and a clothes-line in the terrace of the apartment it won´t be necessary. The community is calm and quiet, therefore it is very important not to make any noise after midnight in order not to disturb the neighbors.
